about the conference
With reference to the preliminary invitations submitted in April, we have the pleasure to inform you that the Regional Conference on Climate Change and Sustainable Development will be held in the period between October 16th and 17th, 2009 in Budva, Montenegro.
The conference represents an opportunity to provide a contribution to the efforts that are undertaken on both international and national level in terms of facing with the consequences of climate change impacts on the environment and economic development, through the exchange of knowledge and experience, and through the identification of models for successful integration of adaptation and mitigation measures in sector policies of tourism and spatial planning.
